Dr. Siva Interview!

On Saturday, January 23, 2010 Dr. Siva Arunasalam, the Founder and Director of the High Desert Heart Institute gave his first public presentation of the groundbreaking results from the High Desert Heart Institute Study. This study evaluated the effects of the nutritional supplement ProArgi-9 Plus on the health of 33 congestive heart failure patients. The results of the study were “remarkable” in how a proper L-arginine and L-citrulline combination, with other heart healthy ingredients, can make positive changes in the cardiovascular system.

During the weekend event, John Hewlett of the ComoCardio Institute conducted a 15 minute video interview with Dr. Siva. While this video is posted on the ComoCardio website, I wanted to share it with my audience.

John Hewlett conducts a wonderful interview that shows a gifted health practitioner who is dedicated to finding methods that can enhance the health of his patience so that stent surgeries can be avoided.

Update on the Groundbreaking Heart Disease Study!

This is an update on the groundbreaking heart disease study that occurred at the High Desert Heart Institute located in Victorville, California. The participants were patients who were in the Congestive Heart Failure Unit. Each participant was “at the maximum of pharmacological and medical management.” Although the results have not yet been published, the following 18 minute interview with Dan SwinDell is remarkable. In it he talks about how this groundbreaking study came about, how medically challenged the participants were, the exact protocol used for taking ProArgi-9 Plus, and some general trending statements about the results of the study.

Groundbreaking Heart Disease Study!

During the early part of 2009 a landmark, 90-day, human clinical trial was done at one of the most prestigious heart institutes in the United States. It was conducted at the High Desert Heart Institute located in Victorville, California. The participants were patients who were in the Congestive Heart Failure Unit.

The study was designed by Dan Austin who manages the Congestive Heart Failure Unit. It was completely funded by the High Desert Heart Institute under the direction and supervision of Dr. Siva Arunasalam, who is the Founder and Director of this institute.

Because this study is being analyzed and prepared for publication I want to be extremely careful in what I say. The following 26 minute interview of Dr. Siva and Dan Austin was conducted by Dan SwinDell. It is a remarkable interview especially when you consider the potential impact the results of this clinical trial could have on heart disease:

This was a well designed study that included a series of objective markers and criteria. I’d like to highlight Dr. Siva’s parting comments:

“. . . but what we ended up seeing was remarkable positive remodeling of the heart, positive pulmonary artery changes, pulmonary vascular changes in terms of pulmonary pressures, changes in the cardiac dimensions, changes in heart muscle function. . .”

The nutritional supplement used in this study was ProArgi-9 Plus developed by Dr. J. Joseph Prendergast and Synergy WorldWide. It is important to note that all the participants of this study were under medical supervision.
